Broccoli Spears Boiled with 1 Slice of 2% Reduced Fat Cheese

Ingredients

1 fresh broccoli spear

1 slice of 2% American Yellow Cheese

Directions

In a small sauce pan, bring three tablespoons of water to a simmer. Add broccoli and cover tightly. Simmer on low for about 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the firmness you desire.

Remove from pan and place cheese on top while the broccoli is still steamy. Cheese should be melted in about 5 minutes.
