 Ingredients2 small potatoes (max. 10 oz peeled), shredded on large end of shredder 
2 tbls shredded onions (on large end of shredder)

 DirectionsPreheat large, nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add cooking spray.  Add potatoes and onions, distributing throughout the pan. Season with salt, garlic powder and pepper. 	
Cook for five minutes or so until browned on one side, then flip with a spatula and brown on the opposite side.
