Cheeseburger with 2% Milk Cheese and Light Bun

Serves one

Ingredients

3 oz extra lean (90% lean, plus) ground beef patty

Light hamburger bun (80 calories or less)

1 slice of 2% milk American yellow cheese

Garlic powder to taste (optional)

Dried parseley flakes to taste (optional)

Onion powder to taste (optional)

Salt to taste (optional)

Ground black pepper to taste (optional)

Directions

Season patty. Preheat small skillet over medium heat. Pan fry patty on both sides. When burger is done, lower heat and place cheese slice on top. Heat on low until cheese is lightly melted. Remove from heat.

Serve on hamburger bun (lightly toasted if desired).

Serving Suggestions

Serve with tomato ketchup, onion, pickle, lettuce and tomato. Add in extra calories.
